Heidi Bailey

Heidi Bailey is a seasoned professional in innovation and AI strategy, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Innovation at Omnicom's DAS Group of Companies since January 2025. In this role, Bailey focuses on global AI innovation strategy, generative AI experimentation, and R&D acceleration, aiming to enhance client initiatives through human-centered technology. Previously, Bailey held the position of SVP, Futures & AI at TPN, leading strategic AI transformation within the Commerce retail and brand experience network. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at The Integer Group, where Bailey launched AI initiatives and developed data-driven strategies, and positions at various media-focused companies, including founding B22 Media. Bailey holds a BA in International Business, Chemistry, and German from Texas Tech University.
