Tobias Schad

Tobias Schad currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Corporate Development and Finance at Omnicom since May 2023. Prior to this role, Tobias was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis from June 2021 to June 2023, specializing in M&A and private equity, particularly public company transactions.
