Troy Riccitelli

Troy Riccitelli, MCR, serves as the Director of Real Estate Operations at Omnicom since August 2015, where responsibilities include leading global Hub building strategies and overseeing project management, operations, programming, and facilities for multi-agency locations. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of Director - Corporate Real Estate at The Hartford from July 2000 to July 2015, managing the company's real estate strategy and ensuring compliance and governance in transactions. Troy also contributed to CoreNet Global as a board member in January 2015 and served as Regional Manager of Corporate Real Estate at AT&T (formerly SBC Communications/SNET) from 1999 to 2000, managing a substantial budget and performance objectives for the eastern region. Troy Riccitelli holds an MBA in Finance from the University of New Haven and a BA in Economics/Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut.
