Kathleen King, PCC has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kathleen started their career in 2001 at the Chimpanzee and Human Communication Institute, where they worked as an Animal Technician & Human Resources personnel until 2005. In 2009, Kathleen joined Polo Ralph Lauren as a Human Resources Specialist for a brief period. Kathleen then transitioned to Sandra Hartog & Associates/Fenestra, Inc., where they served as a Leadership Development Coach for six months in 2010.

In the same year, Kathleen joined Avon Products as an Analyst in the Talent Management & Training department. Kathleen later moved up to become the Manager of Talent Management & Training from 2013 to 2013. In 2013, Kathleen joined The CDM Group, a division of Omnicom Group, as the Head of Learning and Development.

Most recently, Kathleen has been employed by Omnicom Health Group. Kathleen initially held the position of VP Learning and Talent from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Learning and Talent, a position they have held since September 2020.

Kathleen King, PCC has a diverse education history. In 2016, they obtained an Executive Education Certificate in the Art and Practice of Leadership Development from Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Baruch College. Kathleen completed their undergraduate studies at Central Washington University from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics with minors in Business and Anthropology. In addition to their degrees, Kathleen has achieved several certifications, including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, Mastering EQ Level 1 Certified Trainer from TalentSmartEQ, and Marshal Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching®.
