Katie Manty has extensive work experience in various roles related to marketing, strategy, and data analysis. Starting from their early career at Ernst & Young and Capgemini, they have held positions as a Senior Consultant and Manager. At Brulant, they worked as a Manager before moving on to Fidelity Investments. At Fidelity Investments, they served as the Director of Online Product Management and then as the Director of Online Marketing and Analytics, where they managed marketing technology platforms, implemented targeted ads, and led cross-functional teams. Katie later became the Director of Online Product Management focusing on creating effective customer communication channels. After their time at Fidelity Investments, they joined Acxiom as a Director, leading strategy consulting services and building a data transformation strategy practice.
