Matthew Figler

Matthew Figler has a strong background in learning and development, with experience in various roles. Matthew is currently working at Omnicom Health Group as the Senior Director of Learning & Development, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Learning & Development at Omnicom Health Group from November 2022 to July 2023. Before joining Omnicom Health Group, Matthew worked at Evoke as the Director of Learning & Development from March 2022 to November 2022. Matthew has previous experience at Omnicom Health Group, where they held multiple roles including Director of Learning and Development from May 2021 to March 2022, Learning and Development Manager from January 2019 to May 2021, and Senior Learning and Development Specialist from November 2017 to December 2018. Matthew also worked at CDM New York, where they were a Learning and Development Specialist from July 2015 to August 2016 and a Learning and Development Coordinator from June 2014 to July 2015.

Matthew Figler holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University at Albany, SUNY. Matthew has obtained several certifications including being a Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, a Certified Trainer for The SLII Experience (Situational Leadership II) from The Ken Blanchard Companies, a Mastering EQ - Level 1 Certified Facilitator from TalentSmartEQ, and a Mind Gym Certified Facilitator (Classroom and Virtual) from Mind Gym.
