Sara Grega

Sara Grega has seven years of experience working in HR and learning and development roles. Sara began their career in 2000 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Cline Davis & Mann and then progressed to become a Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist. In 2007, they transitioned to a role as a Dental Hygienist before moving to Statoil as a Senior HR Consultant in 2012. Sara then joined MediaVest as an HR Business Partner in 2013 before eventually taking on HR and learning and development positions at Omnicom Health Group, where they currently hold the role of Associate Director of Learning and Development.

Sara Grega obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Services with minors in Psychology and Sociology from Villanova University between 1996 and 2000. Sara later pursued a Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Additionally, Sara holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Bridgeport. Sara has also obtained several certifications such as the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the Mastering Emotional Intelligence Level 1 Certified Facilitator from TalentSmartEQ, and the Mind Gym Certified Facilitator from Mind Gym. Sara has additional certifications from Korn Ferry, including the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and the Korn Ferry Voices 360 Feedback, Facilitation & Interpretation - Certified Coach.
