India Forsyth

India Forsyth is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of commercial and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel EMEA at Omnicom Media Group since January 2017, India has previously held positions as Senior Legal Counsel EMEA and Senior Legal Counsel for Legal and Public Affairs at the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising. Prior to these roles, India worked as Corporate Counsel at Cadbury plc, and as an Intellectual Property Associate at Withersworldwide and Lovells LLP. Educational credentials include a Law degree from the University of Cambridge, a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School, and a Diploma in Intellectual Property from the University of Bristol.
