Kirsty Kapp

Kirsty Kapp is an experienced professional in the field of activation with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Head of Activation at Omnicom Media Group since December 2023, Kirsty previously held various roles at Resolution Digital, including Head of Activation, Activation Director, and Programmatic Lead from May 2016 to December 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Campaign Specialist - Programmatic at ZenithOptimedia Group I The ROI Agency and Activation Executive AOD at VivaKi. Kirsty's early career featured roles at THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP as Trade and Transport Assistant and Footprint Books Pty Ltd as Publicity and Marketing Coordinator. In terms of education, Kirsty earned a Master’s Degree in Professional Communication from the University of Sydney in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from Macquarie University from 2006 to 2008, following completion of the HSC at Pymble Ladies' College.
