Stephen Yount is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment field, currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Omnicom Media Group since November 2020. In this role, Stephen leads recruitment efforts for multiple media agencies within the Omnicom Group, focusing on the Annalect agency group. Prior to this, Stephen held various positions at Omnicom Media Group, including Associate Director of Talent Acquisition for Annalect, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, where Stephen specialized in high-level roles across several disciplines.
