Cheri Leach

Cheri Leach is an experienced People Operations Manager currently with Omnicom Production since November 2024, previously holding the same title at eg+ worldwide from July 2018 to November 2024. Cheri has a strong background in human resources, having started as a Human Resources Manager and Office Manager at Involve Test & Control, Inc. from March 2006 to August 2016, where responsibilities included benefits management, employee relations, and payroll processing. Other roles include Executive Assistant at Schreiner Goods and various administrative positions in notable companies such as BBDO Worldwide, PHD Detroit, and Foote, Cone & Belding. Cheri also has extensive volunteer experience, including serving as a Troop Leader and Outdoor Programs Consultant for the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan, and is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies.
