Rand Fernandez

Rand Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Rand started their career as a Process/Project Engineering Coop at Cargill in 1995 and then worked at Merck & Co., Inc. in various roles such as Associate Engineer, Manufacturing Supervisor, Process Engineer, Senior Project Analyst, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Engineer. In 2007, they joined CH2M as a Project Manager and worked there for almost 10 years. In 2017, Rand started their own business, RKFernandez LLC, where they served as the Owner until 2021. Rand also worked as a Project Engineer at WES Environmental for a brief period in 2017. From 2020 onwards, Rand served as the President of Exceptional Parents Incredible Children, Inc. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager at OMNICOMMANDER since April 2021.

Rand Fernandez attended Cardinal Newman from 1988 to 1992. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Florida, from 1992 to 1998.
