Katy Harper

Katy Harper is currently the Director of Data Management at Omnidian. Prior to this, they were the Team Manager Data Analytics Platform at Highmark Health from August 2020 to February 2022. In this role, they led a team of 16 geographically dispersed data platform administrators. Katy was also responsible for hiring and career development for the team, and represented the Database Platform team on the cloud architecture council.

From December 2018 to August 2020, Katy was the Director of Site Reliability at Coupa Software. In this role, they were responsible for infrastructure, team and process transition due to acquisition of Opus/Hiperos by Coupa.
