Nicole Budoff

Nicole Budoff has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Retail Sales Analyst & Coordinator at OmniFoods since July 2022. In this position, they successfully launched four plant-based food items in Walmart stores, analyzed sales data from various market outlets, and built internal structures for deduction tracking. Nicole also coordinated exhibitions at trade shows, managed budgets, and led booth design elements. Additionally, they represented Omni plant-based frozen foods at marketing events, store demos, and trade shows in New York City.

Prior to their role at OmniFoods, Nicole worked as an Assistant Project Manager intern at Boxcar Creative in 2021, where they gained valuable experience in project management.

In 2019, Nicole served as the New York Dance Marathon Team Captain for Kappa Kappa Gamma. Nicole led a team of 150 women in raising over $52,000 for the B+ Foundation through organizing fundraisers, delivering weekly speeches, and promoting social media campaigns.

Nicole Budoff's education history begins with their attending the Professional Performing Arts High School from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Musical Theatre. Following their high school education, Nicole pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre at New York University from 2018 to 2020. During this time, they were part of the New Studio on Broadway and Stonestreet Studios program.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Nicole continued their education at New York University and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Performing Arts Administration from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Nicole has also obtained two certifications. In June 2023, they completed a course on "Graphic Design in Adobe Illustrator: Creating a Logo" through Coursera. Nicole also completed a course on "Fundamentals of Graphic Design from CalArts" in May 2023, also through Coursera.
