Irina Grigoras

Irina Grigoras has a diverse range of work experience in various design-related roles. Irina is currently working as a Product Designer at Omnigo since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at GRI Design from May 2020, where they served as a UX/UI Designer for multiple startups. In 2019, they worked as a UX/UI Apprentice at Handshakey. Before that, they were a Senior Graphic Designer at SWBC Mortgage from October 2017 to February 2020. Between 2013 and 2017, Irina held multiple roles at Granat, including Graphic Design Lead and Graphic Designer. Irina also worked as a Graphic Designer & Co-Organizer at Rockit Conference from April 2013 to May 2017. In 2012, they served as the Marketing and Communications Vice President at AIESEC Chisinau, and in 2011, they were involved in volunteering activities at AIESEC Chisinau. Irina also worked as an Educational Trainer at AIESEC, Czech Republic in 2011.

Irina Grigoras began their education at Nicolae Iorga Lyceum in 1998 and completed their studies there in 2010. Irina then attended the English Educational Center "Crotalus" from 2009 to 2010, focusing on the study of English. From 2010 to 2013, they attended the Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova, where they pursued a degree in Marketing. In 2014 and 2015, Irina attended LINK Academy Romania to study Design and Multimedia. Alongside their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including "User Journey Mapping for Better UX" and "How To Design Accessible Experiences" from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in 2022 and 2021 respectively, "Mental Models: How To Design For The Way Your Users Think" from IxDF in 2021, "Introduction to User Experience Principles and Processes" from the University of Michigan in 2020, and "User Experience Design Bootcamp" from General Assembly in 2019.
