Noel Manalo

Noel Manalo has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Noel started their career in 1986 as a Computer Operations Coordinator at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, where they supervised day-to-day operations and maintained a database of convention events.

Noel then worked as a Systems Support Administrator at First City Trust, providing technical liaison between Toronto and Vancouver offices and offering support and software training to the head office staff.

From 1991 to 2001, they were a Network Support Analyst and Helpdesk Support Group Team Lead at Dylex Limited, where they coordinated various transition projects and performed network administrator duties.

Next, they joined Certapay Incorporated as a Technical Support Administrator, handling network and email administration functions, as well as performing maintenance and backups of the server.

In 2003, they worked as a Hardware Sales Technician at Maxium Leasing, coordinating the delivery of off-lease computer equipment and performing repairs and quality control checks.

From 2005 to 2014, they served as a Service Desk/Event Support Coordinator at Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment (MLSE), providing desk-side and remote support to over 700 employees and supporting field staff.

Noel then worked at iView Systems as a Technical Support Analyst, where they provided first-level customer support, troubleshooting issues with software, and onboarding new customers.

Currently, Noel Manalo is at Omnigo Software as a Project Manager and Trainer, managing projects from inception to completion, implementing and configuring the iTrak application, and designing and delivering customer training sessions.

Noel Manalo began their education in 1984 at Centennial College, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology and Business Applications.
