Yelena Kruzhkova

Yelena Kruzhkova is an experienced Project Manager and Trainer at PacificSource Health Plans since August 2022, with extensive background in interpretation as a CMI Russian Interpreter for multiple organizations, including United Language Group, Telelanguage, Passport To Languages, Stratus Video, and LanguageLine Solutions. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Manager at Xerox from July 2006 to September 2018, where Yelena managed and coached customer service agents while resolving complex issues. Yelena holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Oregon Health & Science University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Education in Theology from Eastern BC Bible College. Additional qualifications include an OHCA 40-Hour ALF/RCF Administrator certificate in assisted living administration.
