Phil Holland

Phil Holland has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Phil began their career in 1996 as an RPG Programmer at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Phil then worked as an R&D Software Developer at Genelco from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they served as a Senior Consultant at Quilogy. In 2003, Phil joined Omnigo, where they held multiple positions including Senior Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, Scrum Master, Software Delivery Director, and currently, Software Development Director. Throughout their tenure at Omnigo, Phil has demonstrated leadership skills by supervising and coaching a team, implementing Agile methodologies, and driving continuous improvement. Phil possesses expertise in software delivery, critical incident management, and building relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.

Phil Holland received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University from 1993 to 1997.
