Omnilert
Nathan Gavacs has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Nathan started their career at Advance 2000 as a Technician in 1997, where they worked until 1998. In 1998, they joined Ingram Micro and served as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, focusing on pre and post-sales network security architecture, design, and troubleshooting. Nathan also played a key role in team development and recommending technologies aligned with business objectives. Gavacs later became a Market Development Specialist at Ingram Micro, where they drove sales of Unlocked Cell Phones, Wyse Thin Client Solutions, Sprint, and BlackBerry. Nathan worked in this position until 2011. In 2011, Gavacs briefly owned Maple Entertainment, Inc. before joining Omnilert in 2012. At Omnilert, they started as a National Account Manager and later became the Director of Account Management, responsible for maintaining and growing a multi-million-dollar book of business. Nathan provided crisis management and critical communications best practices to Omnilert customers.
Nathan Gavacs attended Amherst High School from 1988 to 1992. After completing high school, they enrolled at the State University of New York at Fredonia, where they studied Sound Recording Technology, Music Theory/Composition, and Piano Performance from 1992 to 1997. Nathan did not obtain a degree during their time at the university. Additionally, Nathan Gavacs obtained the Emergency Management Institute's Professional Development Series certification from FEMA in April 2017 and became USA Hockey CEP Level 4 Certified in November 2021.
