Claudia Sáenz Amlie

Claudia Sáenz Amlie is a human resources executive with over 25 years of experience in various industries and as a practicing attorney. She is currently the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Pet Paradise and NewDay Veterinary Care, a pet healthcare provider. Immediately prior to this, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Acosta Inc., a consumer package goods sales and marketing agency with over 100 locations and 20,000 employees. Mrs. Amlie also served as Chief Human Resources Officer for EverBank Financial Corp., a publicly traded bank with over $27.0 billion in assets, prior to its acquisition by TIAA. Prior to EverBank, she served as Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel for Lighthouse Investment Partners, LLC, a hedge fund investment manager headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Mrs. Amlie holds a BA in Political Science and French from Vanderbilt University and a JD from The University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. She previously served as Secretary and Member of the Board of Trustees of Episcopal School of Jacksonville and is currently on the board of the Jacksonville Public Education Fund.
