Mike Kuharski

Mike joined OmniMax in August 2021. He spearheads strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, integration and transformation.

Prior to OmniMax, Mike served as Managing Director at Strategic Value Partners (SVPGlobal) where he led the acquisition of OmniMax. He oversaw the firm’s investments in North America across industrial, building products, infrastructure, energy, and food and agriculture. Before joining SVPGlobal in 2017, Mike held roles with York Capital Management, the Private Equity Group of KKR & Co., the M&A Group of Merrill Lynch and more. He has also served on the Board of Directors for OmniMax, SH130 Concession Company and Chaparral Energy.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Finance and Economics from the University of St. Thomas.
