Neham Aggarwal is a seasoned HR professional with a robust background in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR analytics. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at OmniPayments since March 2017, Neham has also held the roles of Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Executive within the same company. Previous experience includes a position in the resource management group at Primotech and various HR roles at WebBila Inc and webcoir. Neham’s expertise encompasses offshore and onshore recruitment and includes skills in resume sourcing, applicant screening, salary negotiation, and query resolution.
