Branislav Balažević

Branislav Balažević is an experienced professional in support and customer service management, currently serving as the Head of Support at Omnipresent since April 2022. Prior to this role, Branislav held various positions in product support at Hopin from April 2020 to April 2022 and served as COO and Head of Customer Support at Missinglettr from January 2017 to April 2020. As the founder of Pyrite Development since November 2013, Branislav has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside a solid foundation in information systems, having previously worked in the global and national support teams at AIESEC. Branislav holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, Serbia, completed from 2009 to 2013.
