Sarah Lee Hermosura

Sarah Lee Hermosura has extensive experience in payroll management, beginning as a Bank Teller at the Bank of the Philippine Islands before transitioning to roles focused on payroll processing. At IBM, Sarah served as a Payroll Practitioner and EDM Process Owner Associate, contributing to system documentation and process enhancements. With roles at NorthgateArinso Philippines, Inc., such as Sr. Associate for Australian Payroll and Global Mobility, responsibilities included managing payroll for multiple countries. As a Payroll Officer at First Focus IT, emphasis was on processing payroll for Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. Currently, as Payroll Team Lead for APAC at Omnipresent, Sarah oversees global payroll functions, demonstrating strong multi-tasking and process improvement skills throughout her career.
