Michael Eze. Aca

Michael Eze is a seasoned finance and audit professional with substantial experience in internal audit and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management at OmniRetail Technology Limited since August 2022, Michael also holds the position of Acting Head of Finance. Previously, as the Group Chief Audit Executive at VFD Group Plc, Michael developed a comprehensive Risk-based Audit Plan for 2022 and achieved full compliance with internal audit plans across multiple entities. Michael's background includes significant roles at FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria PLC, where a strategy-led audit plan was implemented, and at Pedabo, where expertise was applied in external auditing and tax consultation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Benin. Michael is also a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
