Žydrūnas Naujokas

Žydrūnas Naujokas has over 18 years of experience in various software development and leadership positions. Žydrūnas currently works as an Engineering Director at Omnisend, where they lead the engineering team. Prior to this, they served as a Scrum Master and Engineering Manager at Omnisend, where they focused on building a product-led organization.

Žydrūnas has also worked at Danske Bank as an Agile Coach, providing guidance on agile methodologies. Before that, they held multiple roles at Adform, including Product Director, Group Director, Unit Leader, POD Keeper, Scrum Master, and Senior Developer. At Adform, they gained experience in advanced scrum practices, people management, and delivery responsibilities.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Tech Leader and Scrum Master at CID Baltic, and as a Software Developer at CID Baltic (formerly "Baltic Software Solutions") and UAB Baltic software solutions. Žydrūnas started their career as a Developer at Idėjų piramidė UAB.

Throughout their career, Žydrūnas Naujokas has demonstrated their expertise in software development, agile methodologies, product management, and leadership.

Žydrūnas Naujokas has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Kaunas University of Technology, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, completing it from 2000 to 2004. Žydrūnas also holds several certifications, including a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in 2012, a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer certification from Microsoft in 2006, a Microsoft Certified Application Developer certification also from Microsoft in 2006, and a Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in 2005.
