David Pope

David Pope serves as the Chief Pharmacy Officer at OmniSYS, contributing to the executive leadership team since June 2019. In this role, David leads the pharmacy segment, focusing on enhancing healthcare through innovative IT solutions. Previous experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO at STRAND Clinical Technologies, where David developed the first pharmacy-focused Electronic Health Record and the Pharmacist eCare Plan, before its acquisition by OmniSYS. David also held the position of Clinical Pharmacist at Barney's Pharmacy and co-owned Hope Medical Center, where responsibilities included business management and provider oversight. David holds a Pharm.D. degree from The University of Georgia.
