Rachel Casselman has over 20 years of work experience. Rachel began their career in 1999 as a Cashier & Telephone Operator at Walmart. In 2000, they worked as a Banker III | Customer Service at U.S. Bank and as a Bookkeeper at Venture Window & Door. In 2005, they started working as a Teller Supervisor at Wells Fargo and as a Freelance. From 2007 to 2021, they worked at Fourth in various roles such as Solution Design Coordinator, SaaS Customer Success, Solution Design Coordinator, SaaS Customer Success & Implementation, Prepress Manager, and Graphic Designer. In 2021, they joined IZEA as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, SaaS, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Omnitail, LLC since 2023.

Rachel Casselman began their education in 2001 when they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Denver. Rachel continued their studies at the same university for Graduate Studies from 2008. Rachel obtained a Certification from the John Maxwell Team as a Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker in 2013. In 2019, they obtained a Certification from Miller Heiman for Sales. Additionally, they obtained a Continuing Education from SkillPath Seminars. Most recently, in November 2021, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager Certification from The Success League.
