Lasya Pramod

Lasya Pramod is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Omnix International since July 2023, Lasya specializes in performance management, including setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews. Prior to this, Lasya held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at GTFS, focusing on onboarding and orientation. Lasya's experience includes an HR Executive role at Megamec MEP Contracting, where responsibilities included resume screening and employee training facilitation. Earlier positions include HR Coordinator at Sadia HR Consultancy and roles in IT support at RM Education Solutions and RM Education. Lasya holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from MG Engineering College, CUSAT, graduated in 2014.
