Emma Sears

Emma Sears is an experienced operations and creative management professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Omorovicza Cosmetics since February 2022, with a focus on resource management and quality control. Prior to this role, Emma held several key positions at BrewDog, including Head of Creative & Global Merchandise, E-commerce & Creative Manager, and Merchandise Planner, demonstrating expertise in resource management and quality control across various roles. Emma's career began at Austin Reed Group as an Assistant Branch Merchandiser and continued as a Branch Merchandising Assistant at Jack Wills, where strong communication and analytical skills were developed. Emma holds a BSc(Hons) in Design Management for Fashion Retailing from The University of Manchester and A Levels from Olchfa Sixth Form.
