Khalid Al Balushi is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and operations. Currently serving as the Cluster Hotels Manager at Omran Group OM since December 2021, Khalid oversees all aspects of hotel operations, including staff supervision and objective setting. Prior roles include Room Division Manager at Alila Hotels and Hotel Manager at Dibba Beach Resort, where responsibilities included acting as General Manager. Previous experience encompasses Cluster Hotel Manager positions at Omran Tourism Development Company, Front Office Manager at Radisson Blu, and various managerial roles at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Khalid began a career in hospitality as a Guest Service Agent at Grand Hyatt and has foundational experience as a Health Club Attendant at Al Bustan Palace InterContinental Muscat. Khalid is also a graduate of the Shangri-La Academy.
