Simeon Schwarz

Simeon Schwarz has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Simeon is currently the Director of Data and Analytics at OMS National Insurance since May 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant/Architect at Gallagher Bassett from August 2017 to June 2018. From 2016 to 2018, they also served as a Managing Consultant at XPERTON, specializing in managing projects and delivering successful results. Simeon has a strong background in data and database technology and previously held the position of Managing Director of Distributed Data Services at Charles Schwab from April 2007 to July 2016. Simeon also has experience in startups and venture-backed companies, having worked as VP of Operations at Centerpost Communication from 2003 to 2007 and as a Database Administrator at UBid from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they have international experience as an Information Technology Manager at Tajik Tel in the Republic of Tajikistan from 1995 to 1997, where they played a key role in building the first cellular service provider in the country.

Simeon Schwarz obtained a B.A in Economics and a B.S in Computer Science from Truman State University, attending from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their degrees, Simeon Schwarz also holds the certification of Alation Data Governance Advocate, which they obtained in October 2022 from Alation.
