Peter Sylvest

Peter Sylvest is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, particularly in Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Shipyard Advisory Services at Odense Maritime Technology since June 2017, Peter previously held the position of SVP cLEAN Partner at Novo Nordisk from March 2014 to May 2017. A background in consulting includes roles at PA Consulting Group as a Managing Consultant and as Owner of Sylvest Consulting. Peter's expertise in manufacturing development and Lean practices was further honed during managerial roles at Valcon A/S and Novo Nordisk Engineering A/S. Early career experience includes project management at Framfab and consulting at Deloitte, focused on supply chain and global projects. Peter holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management and Technology from the Technical University of Denmark.
