Andreea Ifrim

Andreea Ifrim has over 15 years of experience at OMV Petrom, advancing through various roles to currently serve as Department Manager of IT Service Excellence. In this position, Ifrim leads a team focused on enhancing IT maturity and digitalization, while also managing IT Service Management processes and vendor relationships. Previous roles include Senior Expert in Process Management, where Ifrim oversaw the Knowledge Management process under ITIL, and Service Manager, responsible for end-to-end IT service delivery. Additional experience encompasses project management, marketing strategy development, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams within the Oil & Gas sector. Ifrim holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management-Marketing from Romanian-American University.
