Mihaela Urzica

Mihaela Urzica is an experienced professional with a strong background in finance, strategy, and business development, currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Management and Business Development at OMV Petrom since March 2015. Throughout the career, Mihaela has held various significant roles, including Strategy, Corporate Development and New Energy Solutions Director, and Strategy, Corporate Development and Investor Relations Director at OMV Petrom. Mihaela also served as a Board Member at Metrorex from March to October 2021, and has previous experience at OMV, OMV Exploration and Production, Petrom, Toyota România, and Arthur Andersen & Co.
