Mihaela Urzica

Mihaela Urzica has a diverse work experience in finance and management roles. Mihaela started as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1998 and later became a Finance Manager at Toyota România. Mihaela then moved to Petrom, where they worked as a Senior Consultant and later as a Senior Project Manager. Subsequently, at OMV Exploration and Production, they were part of the Regional Finance Management team. Mihaela then transitioned to OMV as a Finance Manager before taking on roles at OMV Petrom, including Strategy, Corporate development, and Investor Relations Director, Strategy, Corporate Development, and New Energy Solutions Director, and currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Management and Business Development. Mihaela also served as a Board Member at Metrorex.

Mihaela Urzica completed their Bachelor's degree at Academia de Studii Economice din București in 1997. Later, in 2008-2009, they obtained their Master of Business Administration from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). In 2022, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Certificate in Board Practice and Directorship from Henley Business School.
