Florin-Nicolae Grama

Florin-Nicolae Grama is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing digital and IT security projects within the oil and gas sector. Currently at OMV since October 2018, Florin-Nicolae oversees the OT Security Program and leads IT security streams for OMV Upstream, while also managing significant application transitions. Prior to this role, Florin-Nicolae served at OMV Petrom, where responsibilities included delivering upstream IT projects and stakeholder communication. Previous positions include business advisory and project management roles at Anritsu Romania and Vodafone Romania, with a strong focus on quality processes, compliance, and technical implementation.
