Friederike Stern has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Business Partner Upstream and Workstream Lead HR at OMV since April 2018. Stern has held various managerial positions at Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH and Korn/Ferry International GmbH, where responsibilities included department management and country management. Earlier experience includes roles at CATRO PersonalberatungsgmbH, PMC International GmbH, and a research assistant position at the University of Vienna. Stern earned a PhD in German literature, history, and art history from the University of Vienna between 1981 and 1990.
