Kochkar Wajih is an experienced professional with a strong background in compensation, benefits, and HR systems. Currently serving as a Compensation & Benefits / HR System Analyst and previously as a Senior Payroll Accountant at OMV since October 2011, Kochkar has developed significant expertise in these areas. Prior experience includes working as a Compensation & Benefits / HR Systems Expert at Top Oilfield Services from October 2002 to September 2011, and a Trainee Accountant at A.N.P.A: National Agency for Audiovisual Promotion in early 2002. Kochkar holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Tunis El Manar, completed in 2001, and a college Bachelor's degree in experimental sciences from the secondary school 18 janvier 1956 in Tabarka, obtained in 1994.
