Marilena Cîrsteanu currently serves as the International Customer Experience Advisor and Digital & Loyalty Lead at OMV, focusing on the development of the OMV MyStation App to enhance customer loyalty. Prior to this, Marilena held various roles at CORA, including Loyalty & Data Project Manager, Head of Omnichannel Marketing, and Country Loyalty & Credit Card Manager, where significant contributions were made in customer experience improvements and omnichannel strategies. Marilena's background includes extensive management experience in customer service and loyalty programs, as well as project management in the eCRM sector at SOFTWIN. Educational achievements include an Executive Management Programme from ESCP Business School and multiple marketing credentials.
