Markus Zechner is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in energy resource engineering. Currently, Markus serves as a Visiting Researcher at Stanford University and as an Advisor at OMV since July 2019. Prior to these roles, Markus worked as a Reservoir Engineer at OMV from January 2008 to August 2013. Markus holds a PhD in Energy Resource Engineering from Stanford University, earned between 2013 and 2019, as well as two Master of Science degrees from Montanuniversität Leoben and the Colorado School of Mines.
