Teresa Gsenger

Teresa Gsenger is a Senior Expert in Digital Transformation at OMV, specializing in driving digital innovation, collaboration, and agile methodologies within the Fuels & Feedstock division since July 2017. In previous roles at OMV, Teresa managed business transformation and digitalization projects, focusing on change management, strategy implementation, and process optimization. Teresa also has experience in project management and strategy from various roles, including as a Project Management Intern at AT Consult and a Management & Controlling Trainee at H&M. Teresa holds a Master’s Degree in Management from IMC Krems University and is a certified coach from the Coaching Space Institute.
