Evelin Viera MSN, RN, CCM

Evelin Viera has over 10 years of experience in healthcare and nursing. Evelin Viera currently holds the position of Senior Manager of Care Management at On Belay Health Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Nursing Faculty at Northern Essex Community College. Evelyn's work experience also includes being a Bilingual Healthcare Consultant and freelance lecturer on diabetes, asthma, and chronic diseases. Evelin Viera has also worked as an ACO Manager of Care Management and Director of Care Management at different organizations, including AllWays Health Partners, Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, and LGH. In addition, they have experience as a Manager of Care Management at MVACO/My Care Family, a Consultant at the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, a Delegated Nurse Care Manager at Beth Israel Deaconess Care Organization, and a Community Care Manager at Lawrence General Hospital.

Evelin Viera obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Public Health from Salem State University. Evelin Viera then pursued further education and completed their Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Education from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Evelin has obtained the Case Manager Certification (CCMC) from The Commission for Case Management in August 2020. Evelin Viera also holds certifications as a Certified Diabetes Educator from the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators since September 2010 and as a Certified Asthma Educator (AE-C) from the National Asthma Educator Certification Board since January 2007. Additionally, Evelin is a Registered Nurse, certified by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN).
