Ali Karpenko (She/Her)

Ali Karpenko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ali is currently employed at On Board Experiential as the Director of People, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior HR Manager from March 2020 to February 2022 and as a Human Resources Manager from January 2019 to February 2020 at the same company. Ali started their career at On Board Experiential as an HR Generalist from June 2018 to December 2018.

Before joining On Board Experiential, Ali worked at Textron, where they held multiple roles. From January 2017 to June 2018, they served as a Sales Operations Specialist for the West Coast, Mountain, and Texas Regions, focusing on lead generation, qualification, and prospecting. Ali also managed distributor partnerships and strategic growth for the regions. Prior to this, they were part of Textron's Leadership Development Program, where they spent a year in different business units, including Textron Aviation and Greenlee Communications. In these roles, they gained experience in talent acquisition, university relations, recruiter for sales and marketing, orientation specialist, HR generalist, and employee relations.

Ali's earlier experiences include working as an MHR Candidate at the University of South Carolina from August 2013 to December 2014, a Human Resources Intern at Textron Specialized Vehicles from June 2014 to August 2014, a Sponsorship Intern at AC Entertainment from May 2012 to December 2012, and a Business Technology Intern at Healthways in the summer of 2009.

Ali Karpenko completed their education at three different institutions. Ali began their academic journey at Battle Ground Academy, where they acquired their high school diploma. Following this, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resource Management. Ali's education continued at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources between 2013 and 2014.
