Tara Ellis

Tara Ellis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director for People Systems Strategy at SIL Global since January 2012, Tara has held various roles including Director for Workforce Management, Human Resources Consultant & Systems Support, and Recruitment Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating recruiting efforts for the PNG branch and collaborating with global recruiters and candidates. Tara also has missionary experience with Wycliffe Bible Translators since August 2010 and previously worked as an Underwriter at State Farm Insurance and Financial Services from October 2000 to September 2002. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational and Global Leadership from York University - Nebraska and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.
