Mark Mullen

Mark Mullen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, customer service, law enforcement, and mental health support. Currently serving as an Account Manager at On Call International since June 2023, Mark previously held roles at North Reading Subaru as a Service Advisor and Sales and Leasing Consultant from April 2018 to June 2023. Mark's earlier career includes significant experience as a Patrol Officer for the Town of Reading, MA from 2010 to 2018, where responsibilities encompassed community policing, traffic enforcement, and public safety, along with receiving commendations for bravery and exemplary performance. Additionally, Mark worked as a Residential Counselor at Riverside Community Care and The Key Program, Inc., focusing on supporting individuals with mental health challenges and behavioral issues.
