Brendan Andersen

Brendan Andersen is the founder of Climate People, established in October 2020 with a mission to engage individuals in climate-related work. Concurrently serving as a Climate Tech Fellow at On Deck since July 2021, Brendan has a strong background in recruiting. From November 2008 to October 2018, Brendan was the Director of Recruiting at CyberCoders, where initial efforts led to significant office growth. Prior roles include Recruiting Manager at The Cypress Group and Division Manager at Motion Recruitment Partners, where significant ventures in staffing were developed. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Education from Hofstra University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
