Jason van Voorhis

Jason Van Voorhis is the CEO and Founder of V3 Talent Partners Inc., a recruiting firm specializing in Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and Executive Search since March 2018. In addition to leading V3, Jason oversees investments in promising startups through V3 Ventures. Previously, Jason contributed to Snap Inc. as the Head of Engineering Recruiting, significantly scaling the engineering team from 30 to 1,500 in four years and managing a diverse recruiting team. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Recruiter at Google and a Sales Executive position at Mindbody. Jason holds a Business degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
