Kathleen Egan

Kathleen Egan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sustainability and data-driven decision-making. As the CEO and co-founder of ecomedes since October 2018, Egan focuses on helping commercial real estate owners achieve net zero carbon and other sustainability goals. Egan has served as the On-Deck Climate Tech Founding Fellow since March 2021 and as the Chairman of the Board at The 5 Gyres Institute since August 2020. Prior to these roles, Egan held advisory positions at Know Your Ingredients, Inc. and Rothy's, where sustainable practices were a key focus. Egan's earlier career includes significant roles such as VP of Analytics & Customer Success at Quri, SVP of Data Science & Services at Revionics, and Senior Director of Global Sales Consulting at Oracle, among others. Egan earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
