Magda Raygoza has over two decades of experience in customer service management, primarily with Wells Fargo from September 2002 to September 2023. In the role of Home Mortgage Manager, Magda led a diverse production team to enhance customer experience and productivity, while focusing on team member engagement. Prior positions included Customer Service Team Lead, Interim Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative, where Magda developed teams, facilitated training, managed performance, and handled escalated cases.
